The company manages bookings (flights, trains, hotels, cars) via the main GDSs (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and offers tailor-made services: out-of-hours assistance, team reinforcement, or customer service outsourcing. MyOverview : First of all, how did you hear about MyOverview?
Easy2Call : In 2020, during the pandemic, we had a growing need to set up an operational structure that relied more heavily on digital technology to meet the extremely volatile needs of our customers and the complexity of managing our remote teams. In January 2021, through one of our customers who had already implemented this solution, we learned about MyOverview, whose product, a digital workspace dedicated to customer relations departments, could provide a solution to our challenges in terms of team flexibility and performance. To strengthen the team at this travel agency, we were initially given access to email management. This allowed us to discover the tool!
